The prediction model for survival after infrainguinal revascularization was developed from a cohort of 38,470 procedures performed for chronic limb threatening ischemia. It predicts the likelihood of survival for the first 30 days, and the over the first two years postoperatively. “Low risk” patients have a 30-day survival of >97% and 2-year survival of >70%. “Medium risk” patients have 30-day survival between 95-97% (inclusive) or 2-year survival between 50-70% (inclusive). “High risk” patients have 30-day survival <95% or 2-year survival <50%.
