The ISCHEMIA risk score was developed to determine a patient's probability of having myocardial ischemia on SPECT MPI from pre-test features. The model was derived from 15,186 patients and validated using 2,995 patients from a different center. The model can categorize patients as having a high, intermediate, or low-likelihood of having myocardial ischemia.
