SLICC Criteria for Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) 2012

Provides criteria for diagnosis of SLE.

Criteria are cumulative; any historical information counts and findings do not need to be present concurrently.

When To Use

Utilize when systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is clinically suspected based on patient presentation.
Use for classifying patients in clinical studies to ensure consistent criteria.

Lupus da cấp tính (Acute cutaneous lupus - Ban cánh bướm / Ban bóng nước / TEN do lupus)

Lupus da mạn tính (Chronic cutaneous lupus - Ban dạng đĩa / Lupus sâu / Phì đại)

Loét miệng hoặc vòm họng tái diễn (Oral or nasal ulcers)

Rụng tóc không sẹo (Nonscarring alopecia)

Viêm khớp / Viêm màng hoạt dịch ≥ 2 khớp kèm cứng khớp buổi sáng ≥ 30 phút

Viêm thanh mạc: Tràn dịch màng phổi hoặc Viêm màng ngoài tim

Tổn thương thận: Protein niệu > 500mg/24h hoặc Trụ hồng cầu

Tổn thương thần kinh: Co giật, Loạn thần, Viêm tủy cắt ngang, Viêm đa dây thần kinh

Thiếu máu tán huyết tự miễn (Hemolytic anemia)

Bạch cầu < 4,000/mm3 hoặc Bạch cầu lympho < 1,000/mm3

Giảm tiểu cầu < 100,000/mm3

Hiệu giá ANA trên ngưỡng tham chiếu phòng xét nghiệm

Kháng thể kháng dsDNA tăng trên ngưỡng bình thường

Kháng thể kháng Smith (Anti-Sm) dương tính

Kháng thể kháng Phospholipid (+) (Lupus anticoagulant / Anticardiolipin / Anti-beta2-GPI)

Giảm bổ thể (Low C3, Low C4 hoặc Low CH50)

Test Coombs trực tiếp dương tính (không tính nếu đã có thiếu máu tán huyết)
